How to find out the schedule and venue for the Nursing Care Specified Skills Test?

This article explains how to find out the venue and schedule for the Long-term Care Specific Skills Examination.

How to check the test site

Access the following page.
https://www1.prometric-jp.com/reserve/center_map.asp
（Go to Prometric test site list search page）
The following screen will appear.
Next, select the prefecture you live in.

For example, if you live in Nara prefecture, select “Nara”.
Then, the following screen will be displayed. This time, two venues will be displayed.
Select a test venue that is close and easy to reach, and make a note of the venue number.
（For example, JP233 at the venue of Nara A）

How to check the exam schedule

Access the following page.
http://ac.prometric-jp.com/common_contents/test-dates.html
(Go to Prometric’s domestic test schedule page)
The following screen will be displayed.
In the red mark （Nursing care skills evaluation test and Nursing care Japanese language evaluation test　介護技能評価試験/介護日本語評価試験）, select and click the button for the year and month you want to take the exam.
The site has published the dates for the last 3 months.
It’s a good idea to refresh the page after opening the URL to get the latest information.

For example, if you want to appear for the Long-term Care Specific Skills Test during December 2021.
When you click the “December 2021” button, the following screen will be displayed.

Search for the prefecture name （Nara） and the venue number （JP233） that you wrote down earlier.
The dates marked with a green ● are the dates of the exams.
Check the calendar for exam dates and plan your exam study and registration schedule.
